SOS/STENOS’ LTD. DEPARTMENTAL EXAM 2005 RESULT ANNOUNCED 

UPSC has announced the results of Section Officers’/Stenographers’ (Gr.B/Gr.I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2005. The results are based on the examination held in December 2006. The total number of successful candidates is 375.  The results are in nine categories i.e.:

Category-I        Section Officer’ Grade of the Central Secretariat Service.

Category-II       Section Officers’ Grade (Integrated Grade II & III) of the General Cadre

                         of  the Indian Foreign Service Branch-B.

Category-III      Section Officers’ Grade of Railway Board Secretariat Service

Category-IV      Grade A & B merged of the  Central Secretariat Stenographers’

                          Service

Category-V       Grade-I of the Stenographers’ Cadre of the Indian Foreign Service Branch-B

Category-VI      Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’ merged of the Armed Forces Headquarters

                          Stenographers’ Service.

Category-VII     Grade ‘B’ of the Railway Board Secretariat Stenographers’ Service.

Category-VIII    Section Officers’ grade of the Intelligence Bureau.

Category-IX      Section Officers’ Grade of the Armed Forces Headquarters Civil Service.

           There are some common candidates in the list I & IV, III & VII and VI & IX.

           The appointment of the candidates qualified on the basis of the above said examination is subject to the outcome of Writ Petition  No. 4876/2007 dated 06/11/2007 before the Hon’ble High Court of  Delhi, filed by the Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service Association against the judgement of the Hob’le CAT,(PB), New Delhi in O.A. No. 145/2006 and O.A. No. 669/2006 delivered on 25/5/2007; and any other Petition pending before any other Hon’ble Court.

            The result is available on PIB website www.pib.nic.in as well as on UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in.  List of successful candidates is as under:

Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017. The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
