I hope there exist only Postal Department in Central Government. Please understand there are other department also and the issue on MACP is common to all. If you are confederation, please try to rectify all at a time and not in piece meal.

MACP scheme will be effective when the government will grant promotional hierarchy similar to old ACP scheme. This new MACP has created frustration amongst the Central Government employees especially for steno, UDC and LDC due to huge monetary loss. Erstwhile ACP scheme was rather better instead of new one. So kindly give the decision in favour of employees and promotional hierarchy may be granted under MACP scheme.

MACP is relating to pay, then why is should not be allowed from Ist January 2006. May I request the authorities to make it effective from 01.01.2006 since it is not relating to allowances. There is heavy losses to employees making it effective from 01.09.2008. I fully agree with the comments of Mr Rupinder dated 26 Oct 11.

Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017. The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
