Subject :- Departmental Anomaly Committee to examine the anomalies arising out of implementation of Sixth Pay Commission's recommendations - reg.

In accordance with the instructions contained in the DoP&T's O.M. No. 11/2/2008-JCA, dated 12th January, 2009, the composition of the Departmental Anomaly Committee to settle any anomalies in respect of Ministry of Home Affairs arising out of the implementation of the Sixth Pay Commission's recommendation shall be as under :

(1) Joint Secretary (Admn.) Chairperson
(2) Joint Secretary of the Division concerned Member
(3) Director(Fin-Pers.)/Director(Fin-Home Member
(4) Head of the Departmental of Attached/Subordinate Office Member
(5) Two members from Staff Side to represent their case (optional) -


2. The working of the Committee would be in terms of the conditions laid down in the DoP&T's O.M. No.11/2/2008-JCA, dated 12th January, 2009.

3. The secretarial assistance as well as examination of issues pertaining to a Division or their attached/subordinate offices will be provided by the Division concerned.
