Meerut (Ph-I) Housing Scheme: Minutes of PMC meeting held by CEO CGEWHO on 7th Aug 2012

MITUTES OF PROJECT MONITORING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD BY CEO, CGEWHO ON 7TH AUGUST 2012 AT PHASE – 1 PROJECT, SHRADHAPURI, MEERUT.

Following were present.

2.  Mr. V.K.Sharma - Representative of Mr. Vinod Bhandari, Project Monitoring Committee Member.

1. The progress of works at the project was discussed.  It transpired that the civil works were almost completed, while the external electrical works were in progress.  The status of the works yet to be taken up was also discussed in details.  The Beneficiaries members expressed their happiness about the quality of works executed at the project.  It was observed that the lift works was the critical activity & completion / handing over would depend on the same.  It was intimated that the lift works are likely to be completed by end of February 2013 & other activities i.e. draw of lots, final call up notice shall be synchronized with the same.

2. The beneficiaries members came out strongly that the escalation and the amount for increased area may be called from beneficiaries in two installments separated by 3-4 months, so as to even out the burden on the beneficiaries.  

3. The issue of constitution of Kendriya Vihar Apartment Owners Association to be formed subsequently was sought by the Beneficiaries members.  Admn. Directorate, CGEWHO, New Delhi shall provide these details to the beneficiaries members of PMC members.

4. Defaulters list was also sought to be updated on the web site by beneficiaries.

5. The matter regarding registration of flats was discussed in details.  It was decided that PM Meerut shall discuss the registration aspect with the local authorities to ascertain to be completed prior to handing over of flats.

6. It was intimated that MDA was yet to approve water connection for the complex, despite a number of letters & meetings.  Efforts were also being made to get a sanction from Central Ground water Board for construction of a bore well for water demand of the 
complex.  Efforts on the both fronts i.e. MDA, Nagar & CGWB shall be made by CGEWHO.
