  1. VI CPC had merged S-24 to S-29 in to pay band 4 and pay scale S-30 was given a separate pay band HR. I strongly feel grave injustice has been done to the officers in pay scale S-29. In fact pay scales S-24 to S-28 should have been put in pay band 4 and pay scales S-29 and S-30 should have been put together in HR pay band.

  3. DEAR KVSAINI SAINI , I HOPE YOU ARE NOT A PRIMARY TEACHER, BUT IF YOU ARE DEAR, THEN I MUST SAY YOU YOURSELF SHOULD ATTEND CLASSES IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS WITH THOSE KIDS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR GRAMMAR FIRST... LEAVE APART YOUR WISH OF HIKE IN YOUR SALARY ,YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL THAT YOU GOT THIS JOB WITH SUCH POOR GRAMMATICAL SKILLS AND STILL YOU ARE IN THIS JOB ... IF YOU WERE IN THE SO CALLED COUNTRIES WHERE PRIMARY TEACHERS GET MORE SALARY , THEN BY NOW YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN SACKED..

After 10 years only 400 rupees will be increased. It is totally harassing. Please take up matter at appropriate level. Request upload latest status of promotion of draughtsman cadre in defence. Thank you.

Primary teachers are so poor they steal free bread.

Primary Teachers are so poor, I saw them shopping and told them to get the hell out of my trash can!

Primary Teachers are so dumb, that they sat on the TV to watch the couch.

  13. In 6th pay commission the rule of next increment is unjust ice to the individuals who joined in feb2007 onward. Due to this people joinining between February to July are getting loss because they are getting increment after 13 to 15 months service . I request you to look in to this matter. There is no basic pay difference between the person who joined in February 2007and the other who joined in October 2007ie a difference of 8 months service think about it and do some thing!!!

  14. As per the latest policy, only 5% of senior most Civilian Motor Drivers ( Special Grade) (Staff Car Drivers) are getting the Grade pay of Rs. 4200 in the pay band 9300-34500 at the time of retirement on completion of 35 to 37 years of service, due to the introduction four grade structure i.e. Ordinary grade, Grade II ,Grade I & Special grade in the grade ratio system of 30:30:35:5 respectively. Now as per MACP scheme the grade pay will get after 30 years of service. However. earlier there was three grade structure such as Grade II ,Grade I & Selection grade, which was in favour to CMDs. Second promotion as selection grade were getting the pay scale of Rs. 1320-2040 which was equivalent to Rs. 5000-8000 in the 5th pay commission comparing to the pay scale of MCM. The four grade structure promotion has been introduced wef 1993 instead of three grade structure with the grade ratio system of 30:30:35:5, which was very adversely affected promotion of Civilian Motor Drivers (Staff Car Drivers)with comparison to all other group C categories. ACP was not granted to Civilian Motor Drivers, the only category exempted, which is an extreme injustice to the driver category. ACP Scheme was better than the promotional scheme granted to the drivers with effect from 1993.
The grade ratio has to be revised to 40% instead of 5% and the implementation of three grade structure in case of Civilian Motor Drivers (Staff Car Drivers) also by merging the CMD Gde I and Special Gde into one grade is very essential in the ratio of 30:30:40 to avoid stagnation of CMDs without promotion in the post of CMD Gde I or time scale promotion be recommended to Civilian Motor Drivers (Staff Car Drivers) at an interval of 9 years 15 years and 18 years as per existing policy. CMDs are eligible for the grade pay of 4600/- at par with the industrial cadre and basic categories such as LDC and so on if the four grade structure were not implimented. Justice delayed is justice denied

I request authorities to look into the issue and fix the common pay structure to us the Paramedical staff irrespective of Ministries, Departments, Councils, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs etc. There should be ONE RANK payscale for paramedical staff as the posts and duties are also common in nature. Thank you

    1. Paramedical staff are highly discriminated in pay scale and allowances. Staff nurses are being given Rs. 4600 GP with the qualification having 12 + diploma while some other paramedics I.e. laboratory, O.T. and other are being given Rs. 1900, 2000, 2400 and 2800 GP with the qualification having 12 + diploma. Even some paramedics I.e. STA, Diatition, Medical Social Worker etc are being given Rs. 4200 GP inspite of having Post Graduation or Graduation + experience as basic qualification as per rule. Does it really worth to accept. I request authorities to look into the issue and fix the pay structure to justify the equality, quality and qualification of all Paramedical staffs. There must be proportionate consideration of all posts with their qualification and work, not with their existence of large number.

The Govt official look into the our system, which is being followed...where the men who are sitting whole day in AC cabins being paid for a lacs of Ruppes...but the man who is really working for nation in any means being paid too less. The system should be changed if govt really want to change our india...Cabin sitters dont use any skill or techniques, only enjoying their life with money of people. the PB-1 is working for india...but he has to face a lot of problems, hurdle in his service.
