secondly the word STAGNATION Should not effect the employee due to that ACP/MACP was implemented.In our BCGVL chennai they impose stagnation and the increment was lapsed.
If they like the employee personally they give ACP on 2004, promotion on 2006 again MACP on 2012 how it possible, no one is inquiring even I post this.
